For consumers (B2C)
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and conclude a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, except in the cases under Art. 57 of that Act (e.g. goods made to your specification or clearly personalised).
To exercise the right, notify us clearly at office@stolovebg.com before the deadline. Goods must be returned in merchantable condition according to our instructions.
For business customers (B2B)
For contracts with traders / legal entities for venue fit-outs, withdrawal, complaints and returns are governed by the quote/proforma and applicable commercial law. Personalised colours, upholstery and quantities made to specification generally do not qualify for the standard 14-day withdrawal.
Return costs
Unless the law or the quote provides otherwise, return costs are borne by the customer when the right of withdrawal is exercised.
